Eilfried Huth

Eilfried Huth (born December 1, 1930 in Pengalengan , Indonesia ) is an Austrian architect .

Life

Huth attended the Sponheim National Political Education Institute for three years, which was housed in St. Paul Abbey in Lavanttal . He studied at Graz University of Technology from 1950 to 1956 and shared an office with Günther Domenig in Graz and Munich from 1963 to 1975 . From 1971 to 1972 Huth held a visiting professorship at the University of Kassel, and from 1985 to 2002 he was a professor at the Berlin University of the Arts .

On August 22, 2019, the exhibition "My dream houses are castles in the air" by Julia Gaisbacher about his work, in particular the Gerlitz-Grund housing estate, Graz-Puntigam opened in the Form Stadtpark , which is accompanied by events. Huth has long been a member of the Forum Stadtpark.
