Ekkehard Schneck
Ekkehard Schneck (* 1934 ) is a German church musician .
Schneck studied church music in Herford and Detmold . After the A-exam in 1960, he supplemented his training with master classes with Luigi Ferdinando Tagliavini , Fernando Germani and Anton Heiller . After four years in Soest , he was appointed cantor at the Konstantinbasilika in Trier in 1966, where he founded the Trier Bach Choir in 1969 . In 1974 he was appointed church music director .
