El Torno (also: Sargento del Torno or Santiago del Torno ) is a small town in the Santa Cruz department in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .
Location in the vicinity
El Torno is the central place of the district ( Bolivian : Municipio ) El Torno and is located in the southwestern part of the province of Andrés Ibáñez at an altitude of 529 m on the right bank of the Río Piraí .
