Andrés Ibáñez is a province in the western part of the Santa Cruz department in the lowlands of the South American Andean state of Bolivia .
location
The province is bordered to the north by Ignacio Warnes and Sara Province , to the northwest by Ichilo Province , to the southwest by Florida Province , to the southeast by Cordillera Province , and to the east by Chiquitos Province .

86.1 percent of the population are Catholic , 9.7 percent are Protestant (1992).
15.7 percent of the population have no access to electricity , 22.2 percent live without sanitary facilities (1992).
