Elaine Caswell

Elaine Caswell (born 20th century) is an American rock singer .

Career

Although Elaine Caswell has worked in numerous music productions since the early 1980s, she never had a major commercial breakthrough. Caswell first became famous in 1984 as a duet partner of Joe Jackson in the song "Happy Ending", which appeared on the LP "Body and Soul". The piece was released as a single because of its great success. Caswell can also be seen on the official video for the play.

In 1989 Elaine Caswell became one of the singers in the women's band Pandora's Box, founded by Jim Steinman . The band's only album "Original Sin", however, flopped. Both pieces sung by Caswell on the record later became a success with other singers: "It's All Coming Back To Me Now" was successfully interpreted in 1996 by Celine Dion . Years later, Meat Loaf had great success with the track "It Just Won't Quit" .

Caswell was and is also active as a studio singer and singer for commercials. In the studio, she sang in the background for recordings by Cher , Celine Dion, Phyllis Hyman , Meat Loaf, Jennifer Rush , Bonnie Tyler and John Waite . As a commercial singer, Elaine Caswell has appeared in Dr. Pepper , Burger King , Kellogg's and Pepsi .
