Left tributaries Albrechtsbach (Elexenbach)

The Elexenbach is a left tributary of the Braunaubach in the Waldviertel in Lower Austria . It drains over the Lainsitz into the Moldau and thus into the North Sea .

The brook rises between Siebenlinden and Großreichenbach (both market towns of Schweiggers ) in the Lower Austrian Waldviertel , flows generally north to the confluence of the Albrechtsbach near Nondorf and then turns to the northwest to its confluence with the Braunaubach near Hoheneich between Gmünd (Lower Austria) and Schrems (Lower Austria) .

The only major tributary is the Albrechtsbach . In spring, the stream is a canoeing area. The length of the water is given as 12 km.
