Elijah Blue Allman

Elijah Blue Allman (born July 10, 1976 in Beverly Hills , California ) is an American singer and guitarist . He is the son of the singer Cher and the musician Gregg Allman .

Life

Elijah Allman accompanied his mother on a tour for the first time at the age of 13. He received his first guitar from Kiss bassist Gene Simmons , with whom Cher was briefly dating after Gregg Allman's divorce. On December 1, 2013, he married the German-Indian singer Marieangela Angie King .

His band Deadsy released the first album called Deadsy in 1997 , but it was not commercially available. Together with his mother Cher Elijah also recorded a cover version of the song Crimson and clover (originally by Tommy James & the Shondells ). Two more albums followed in 2002 and 2006, Commencement and Phantasmagore . Furthermore, three songs by Allman were used in films; several documentaries on Cher use recordings with him.
