Elijah Muturi Karanja
Elijah Muturi Karanja (* 1981 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in road running.
In 2006 he finished eighth in the Nairobi Marathon . In 2008 he won the Prague Half Marathon and the following year he was tenth in the Tiberias Marathon .
In 2010 he won the Tainan Marathon and the San Sebastián Marathon .
