The San-Sebastián-Marathon ( Spanish Maratón Donostia-San Sebastián, Basque Donostiako Maratoia ) is a marathon in Donostia-San Sebastián that has been taking place since 1978.

In a follow-up measurement in 1989, the route that had been run since 1985 turned out to be almost half a kilometer too short. In 1993 the IAAF World Cup marathon was held as part of the San Sebastián Marathon.

The start is on Avenida de Madrid. After a small loop of 5 km to the Bahía de la Concha and back, a large loop is run twice, which first leads northeast to the old town and the mouth of the Urumea River and then merges into a turning point stretch that runs along the Concha Bay and turns in the western part of the city. The destination is in the Estadio Anoeta .
