The Prague Half Marathon (official name until 2013 Hervis Prague Half Marathon after the sponsor Hervis Sport and Fashion Society , since 2014 Sportisimo 1/2 Maraton Praha) is a half marathon in Prague that has been taking place in spring since 1999. It is organized by the organizers of the Prague Marathon and is the most important road race over this distance in the Czech Republic . In 2017, the Kenyan Joyciline Jepkosgei set a new world record with her winning time of 1:04:52 hours. In 2020 the event was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic .

The start and finish of the route that leads through Prague's Old Town is at the Rudolfinum .
