Stephen Kipkoech Kibiwott

Stephen Kipkoech Kibiwott (born April 3, 1980 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in road running.

career

In 2006 he won the Prague Half Marathon , finished second in the Alexander the Great Marathon and won the Turin Marathon in 2:10:10 h. The following year he was third in the Prague Half Marathon.

In 2008 he won the Paris half marathon and again the Turin marathon in 2:10:13, finished second in the Lille half marathon in 59:44 min, fourth in the World Half Marathon Championships in Rio de Janeiro and fifth in the Florence marathon .

In 2009 he was fourth in the Prague Half Marathon and second in the Prague Marathon with his personal best of 2:07:54 h. In his win in Lille he also improved his personal record to 59:37 minutes, and in the JoongAng Seoul Marathon he came third in 2:09:24.
