Rose Jerotich Kosgei (born August 22, 1981 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner .

Life

In the junior division, she became world champion in cross-country running in 1997 and vice-world champion over 1500 m in 2000 .

In the late 2000s, she reported back to road races. In 2009 she was eighth in the RAK half marathon and set a course record in the Prague half marathon with 1:09:03 h. Third place in Freihofer's Run for Women was followed by victory in the New York Mini 10K in 32:43 min.

In 2010 she defended her title at the Prague Half Marathon.
