Ella Balinska (born October 4, 1996 in London ) is a British actress .

Life

Ella Balinska was born to TV chef and former model Lorraine Pascale and Polish jazz musician Kazimierz Baliński-Jundziłł. She attended the Arts Educational Schools, London (ArtsEd) and received an acting training from the Guildford School of Acting (GSA), at the Academy of Performance Combat she was trained in martial arts . She also took part in competitions as a javelin thrower for several years.

In 2015, she played the role of Tanya Mason in the feature film Junction 9 by Sophia De-Souza and Krishna Dubasiya, after which she appeared in various short films. In 2018 she had episode roles in one episode each of the BBC television series Casualty and the ITV series Inspector Barnaby .

In July 2018 it was announced that she would star alongside Kristen Stewart and Naomi Scott in the third lead role in Charlie's Angels, directed by Elizabeth Banks . The film is based on the television series of the same name , which has already been the basis for two movies ( 3 Angels for Charlie , 3 Angels for Charlie - Full Power ). Balinska embodies the former MI6 agent Jane Kano.

In the 26-part series The Athena , published in February 2019 on Sky UK , she plays the lead role as Nyela Malik, a model who wants to work as a fashion designer herself and therefore attends the eponymous art and design school in London.
