Ellen Enslin
Ellen Enslin (born November 26, 1960 in Schleswig ) is a German politician (Greens) and was a member of the Hessian state parliament in the 18th electoral period from 2009 to 2014 .
After graduating from high school in 1980 at the Lichtenberg-Gymnasium in Cuxhaven, apprenticeship and professional activity as a wholesale and retail saleswoman. From 1984 to 1990 he studied economics at the Distance University in Hagen .
Politically active in the Brandholz citizens' initiative and BUND since 1990 . Since 1993 member and group leader of the Greens in the Usingen city council . Since 2006 member of the district council of the Hochtaunuskreis . Your candidacy in the direct elections of the district administrator of the Hochtaunuskreis 2006 was unsuccessful with 13.1% of the votes. She was a direct candidate in the constituency of Hochtaunus I for the state elections in 2003, 2008, 2009 and 2013 and 2018. She was the spokesperson for data protection and communal matters for the Green parliamentary group in the Hessian state parliament.
Ellen Enslin is widowed and has 2 children and 2 grandchildren and three siblings.
