Constance, at the end of the 1960s, at the time of the flower power movement and “free love”. The young student Thea is looking for a very special man for her “first time”. There are many opportunities, but none of the types that come up too quickly is “the right one”, and sometimes you even find one of the unpleasant kind on your adventures. Other contemporaries are also looking and sleep through it quite a few beds or lazy compromises, such as the sociology student who approaches a woman of a more mature age because she can bear him financially. In the end, Thea finds her dream man at the very moment when she almost wants to give up. It is a college friend from days gone by that she meets again after a long time. They both decide to stay together.

Production management was carried out by Klaus Dudenhöfer , who usually worked as an editor , while Heinrich Graf Brühl designed the film structures. Heidi Karschen was responsible for the costume designs.
