Elly Dammers
Elly Dammers (actually Elizabeth Dammers; born August 15, 1921 in Amsterdam , † January 3, 2009 in Houten ) was a Dutch javelin thrower .
At the European Athletics Championships in Oslo in 1946 , she was fourth and eighth at the 1948 Olympic Games in London.
She was Dutch champion four times (1940, 1942, 1943, 1944). She set her personal best of 41.99 m on June 23, 1946 in Amsterdam .
