Eloy Teruel Rovira (born November 20, 1982 in Murcia ) is a Spanish track and road cyclist.

In 2003 Eloy Teruel won a part of the stage race Rutas del Vino. The following year he was successful on a stage of the Vuelta Ciclista a Cartagena . In 2006 Teruel became a professional with the Spanish Professional Continental Team 3 Molinos Resort . Since 2007 he has been driving for the Grupo Nicolás Mateos team, which has since been renamed Contentpolis-Murcia . In the 2007 season he was the Spanish scratch champion on the track . At the 2008 Track Cycling World Cup in Manchester , Teruel finished fourth in the singles pursuit and second in the points race . In the same season he was twice second in the team pursuit in races of the World Cup with the Spanish four . In the 2010/2011 season , the Spanish four-man came third twice with Teruel.

At the UCI Track World Championships 2013 in Minsk Eloy Teruel won the silver medal in the points race, at the European Championships in the same year bronze in the same discipline. The following year he won bronze at the world championships and again silver at the European championships . In 2015 he was runner-up in the points race for the second time .

On the road, Teruel was three times Murcia time trial champion until 2018 .
