Emek ha-Ma'ajanot ( Hebrew מוֹעָצָה אֵזוֹרִית עֵמֶק המַעְיָינוֹת Mōʿatzah Esōrīt ʿEmeq ha-Maʿəjanōt , German 'valley of the sources' ; also English Valley of Springs Regional Council ) is a regional administration in Israel's northern district .
