Emek ha-Ma'ajanot ( Hebrew מוֹעָצָה אֵזוֹרִית עֵמֶק המַעְיָינוֹת Mōʿatzah Esōrīt ʿEmeq ha-Maʿəjanōt , German 'valley of the sources' ; also English Valley of Springs Regional Council ) is a regional administration in Israel's northern district . Israel today also refers to the area as "Emek ha-Ma'ajanot County", where a free trade zone for Jordanians and Israelis will be set up in March 2017 .

The regional administration was founded, which until 2008 was the regional administration of Bet-She'an-Tal (מוֹעָצָה אֵזוֹרִית בִּקְעַת בֵּית שְׁאָן Mōʿatzah Esōrīt Biqʿat Bejt She'an ) was called in 1949. It includes most of the villages in the Bet-She'an valley and is bounded by the Jezreel plain in the west, in the north by the regional administration Ha-Galil Ha-Tachton (= Lower Galilee ), to the east by the Jordan and to the south by the Jordan Valley and the mountains of Samaria . The city administration of Bet Sche'an is located in the administrative area as an independent local authority .
