Emiel Rogiers
Emiel Rogiers (born March 15, 1923 in Aalst , † December 5, 1998 in Ninove ) was a Belgian professional cyclist from 1944 to 1954. His most famous success was the victory of the Tour of the Netherlands in 1948 .
