Emil Breitkreutz
Emil William Breitkreutz (born November 16, 1883 in Wausau , Wisconsin , United States , † May 3, 1972 in San Gabriel , California , United States) was an American athlete.
Breitkreutz won the bronze medal in the 800-meter run at the 1904 Summer Olympics in St. Louis .
Breitkreutz was the first basketball coach with the USC Trojans , the sports department of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles . In 1950 he was one of the founders of the local volleyball division.
