Emil Meischeider

Otto Emil Julius Meischneider (born November 17, 1828 in Haynau , † August 29, 1906 ) was a German judge .

Life

In 1850 he was sworn in to the Prussian sovereign and in June was transferred to the Berlin City Court as an auscultator for employment and in September transferred to the Breslau appellate district . In 1857 he became a district judge. In 1860 it was in Freistadt in Silesia and in 1864 in Glogau . In 1865 he became a city judge. The next year he became a city judge. In 1868 he became an appellate judge in Greifswald. In 1870 he was transferred to Celle. In 1879 he was taken to the higher regional court as a council. In 1880 he was appointed assistant judge to the 1st auxiliary senate of the Imperial Court . In 1882 he became an imperial judge . He was a member of the 4th Civil Senate of the Imperial Court . In 1895 he became Dr. iur. hc from the law faculty of the University of Leipzig. He retired on the New Year of 1897.
