Emil Otto von Gemmingen-Guttenberg (born June 4, 1880 in Mannheim , † April 25, 1945 in Berlin ) was Chamberlain for the Grand Duke of Baden during the German Empire and later Ministerial Director at the Reich Audit Office in Berlin.

He came from the German house of the sub-branch Fürfeld of the Guttenberg-Fürfeld line of the barons of Gemmingen and was the son of the Mannheim merchant Rudolf von Gemmingen-Guttenberg (1846-1917) and Kathi Strecker († 1929). He grew up in Mannheim and also attended school there. During his studies in 1898 he became a member of the Allemannia Heidelberg fraternity . Until 1918 he was chamberlain for the Grand Duke of Baden. When the Gemmingen family entourage was dissolved in 1922, he was the owner of a field and forest area of ​​the Fürfelder house. In 1925 he entered the civil service and was initially advisor to the Reich Ministry of Labor. In 1933 he became a ministerial director at the Reich Audit Office in Berlin.

In 1910 he married Hannah Reichardt (1883–1945). The marriage had the children Hannah, married Breitenbach (* 1912, † 2005), Ursula (* 1916) and Georg Rudolf Hans Dieter (* 1918). Emil Otto and his wife Hannah died when the Soviet troops marched into Berlin on April 25, 1945. Her tomb has been preserved in the Fürfeld cemetery .
