Emil Walther (bailiff)

Emil Conrad Walther (* 20th June 1807 in Gaildorf , † 14. May 1857 in Ludwigsburg ) was a württembergischer upper office man .

Life

Emil Walther's father was director of the medical college in Stuttgart. After attending grammar school in Stuttgart, he attended the theological seminars in Blaubeuren and Tübingen from 1822 to 1826 . He then studied law in Tübingen from 1826 to 1830 . In 1831 he passed the service examination at the Department of the Interior. Before that he worked as a trainee in the office of Oberamtmann Bauer in Aalen. Emil Walther began his professional career in 1831 as an actuary at the Stuttgart District Office . From 1831 to 1834 he was an actuary at the Oberamt Schorndorf and from 1834 to 1836 trainee in the office of the Ministry of the Interior. From 1836 he was first administrative administrator and then senior administrator at the Tettnang District Office . From 1843 to 1845 he headed the Oberamt Künzelsau as Oberamt , from 1845 to 1849 the Oberamt Hall and from 1849 to 1856 the Oberamt Böblingen . From 1856 to 1857 he was then a councilor in the government of the Neckar District in Ludwigsburg , where he died in service.
