Apart from technical facilities, the tower is used entirely for residential purposes, which are spread over 63 floors. There are two more floors underground. The building has a square floor plan and has several small recesses at different heights on the facade. The roof ends with a crown-shaped structure with a peak in the middle. This construction was built on the flat roof of the building and is made of steel . The structure consists entirely of reinforced concrete , while the facade was clad with glass and stone. The stone results in the slightly yellowish tone of the slender ascending tower.
