The energy park is a public park in the city of Alzenau in the district of Aschaffenburg in Bavaria . It was designed as an exhibition area as part of the Small State Horticultural Show in 2015 and is now used as an urban recreation area.

The approximately 3  hectare energy park is located at 119  m above sea level. NHN , on the edge of the Prischoss . To the southeast lies the “Oberschur” settlement, to the north it is bounded by the renatured river course of the Kahl . The former garden show site is connected to the generation park via the Hauckwald .

In the energy park there is a 74 meter long viewing platform from which one can see the floodplains and the loops of the Kahl. When it was renatured , the strong river regulation was removed and meanders were restored . A tree that was previously on the right bank of the straightened Kahl is - still in the same place - now on the left bank of the renatured river. He got the name Bäumchen-Wechsel-Dich .

In the energy park there is a water playground with water games and trampolines as well as various flower and herb gardens . A sandy beach was designed on the Kahl . There is also a large impeller .
