Decision template
A decision template is a template that summarizes decision- relevant facts completely and succinctly and serves decision-makers in companies and authorities as the basis for decisions .
General
The decision template is used to prepare decisions. It is provided in the process organization of companies and authorities as information "from the bottom up" and is partially described in work instructions. The body dealing with a specific issue then has the task of summarizing certain information ready for decision -making and presenting it to a decision -maker with decision-making powers. The decision maker can make a decision on the basis of the decision template by approving , modified, or rejecting this template .
