The Eparchy of Beirut ( lat. : Eparchia Berytensis Chaldaeorum ) is in Lebanon located eparchy of the Syrian Catholic Church , based in Beirut .
The eparchy was founded in 1817 and received territories in 1957 from the dissolved Gazireh eparchy .
