The Eparchy of Kamianets-Podilskyi ( lat. : Eparchia Camenecensis ) is in the Ukraine located eparchy of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church , based in Khmelnitsky .
history
On December 11, 2015, Pope Francis approved the resolution of the Synod of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church to establish the eparchy. The territory of the Kamianets-Podilskyi eparchy was detached from the Ternopil-Sboriv archepark , to which the new diocese was also subordinated as a suffragan .
