The 'Erbachhofer Mostapfel' bears small to medium-sized fruits. When they are ripe, they are bright red, the skin looks a bit greasy. The apples have a sour, spicy taste. The yield starts late, but is then high. Harvest time is from the end of September.
Ripe for enjoyment
Processing is best done in October. The fruits can be stored until January.
