Erdoğan is a village in Giresun Province in the Bulancak District of Turkey .

history

The old name of the village Erdoğan was "Sasu". The inhabitants of Erdoğan originally come from the Çepni tribes from the surrounding districts.

geography

Erdoğan is 26 kilometers from Giresun and 9 kilometers from Bulancak. The village consists of several districts and there are many hazelnut trees .

climate

The climate of the village is in the Black Sea climate.

economy

The main sources of income consist of the sale of hazelnuts and honey . Many Erdoğan residents emigrated due to inadequate economic conditions.

Infrastructure information

There is a primary school in the village. The village has a drinking water network but no sewer system. There is no hospital. The road that gives access to the village is paved and the village has electricity and landline telephones.
