Erich Stammberger
Erich Stammberger (* July 30, 1927 ; † July 30, 2004 ) was a German local politician and third mayor of the city of Kulmbach .
Career
Stammberger was a member of the Kulmbach Voting Association (WGK) and from 1971 to 1995 Lord Mayor of Kulmbach. With a duration of 24 years (four legislative terms), he has the longest term of office of all Kulmbach mayors. After leaving office, he was awarded the Bavarian Order of Merit, became former mayor and received honorary citizenship of the city of Kulmbach .
