Adelisse, who competes for CS La Plagne, first took part in the Freestyle Skiing World Cup in Jyväskylä in February 2012 and finished 39th in Slopestyle. At the Freestyle Skiing World Championships in 2013 in Voss , he was fifth in slopestyle and at the Junior World Championships in 2013 in Chiesa in Valmalenco, he came 14th in slopestyle and 12th in the halfpipe. The following year he came in Sochi in his first Olympic participation in 2014 on the 27th place and in the Junior World Championships in Chiesa in Valmalenco on the fifth place in slopestyle. At the Winter X Games 2020 in Aspen , he finished fourth in the Big Air. At the end of February 2020, he won his first World Cup victory in the Big Air in Deštné and then finished 23rd in the overall World Cup and third in the Big Air World Cup. At the X-Games Norway 2020 in Hafjell , he won the gold medal in Big Air. He also finished seventh in Slopestyle.
