Erlanger is a city (City) in Kenton County in northern US -amerikanischen State of Kentucky . It is located at the intersection of Interstate 75 and Interstate 275 , the bypass just south of Cincinnati .
The city got its current name in honor of the railroad king and sponsor Frédéric Emile Baron d'Erlanger .
