Erna Holleis ( December 3, 1970 in Salzburg - April 6, 2006 ) was an Austrian author who was best known for her poetry .

life and work

Erna Holleis grew up in Salzburg, where she lived all her life. She studied German Philology . Their texts they published predominantly (z. B. in literary magazines außer.dem , colic , perspective , Wasp's Nest ) broadcasting and anthologies. In 2003 the lyric book katze katze was published . In 2006 Erna Holleis decided to take her own life. She died on April 6, 2006. A CD with texts and interviews by the author was published posthumously under the title Hollview .
