Ernst-Otto Schlöpke
Ernst-Otto Schlöpke (born August 12, 1922 in Neustadt in Holstein ; † June 11, 2011 in Lilienthal ) was a northern German native writer .
Life
After attending elementary and secondary school in Neustadt in Holstein, Schlöpke did a commercial training in Lübeck from 1939 to 1941 . He then became a soldier and from 1945 he worked as an actor. Schlöpke later worked as a publisher's employee in Scharbeutz , after retraining he became a pharmaceutical representative from 1957 . From 1963 he lived in Bremen .
Schlöpke wrote his works in Low German and received a number of literary awards. In 1982 his comedy Doktur Puust with Fritz Hollenbeck in the lead role was staged as a television production.
