Ernst Deike (born March 27, 1915 , † 1942 ) was a German football player .

Career

Deike belonged to Hannover 96 , for the club he was used in point and cup games from 1935 to 1939.

During his club membership he played in the Lower Saxony Gauliga , one of 16 Gauligen at the time of National Socialism as the highest uniform league in the German Empire . At the end of the 1937/38 season he was Gaumeister with his team. Due to the Gau championship he also took part in the final round of the German championship and was used in all six group games, in the semi-finals, in the final and in the replay of the final. In the newly introduced competition for the Tschammer Cup , he played the last sixteen, lost 6-2 on October 27, 1935 against FC Schalke 04, and the first-round match at Freiburg FC, lost 3-1 on August 28, 1938 .
