Works

Feldkirch

With the regional court and the tax office, Dittrich was able to plan a unique bridgehead situation on Schillerstraße in Feldkirch:

The construction of the facade is still completely in line with late historical eclecticism , with renaissance and gothic elements, the décor already formally more free. On the side wing of the regional court there is a stepped gable on which Josef Huber-Feldkirch designed a mosaic depicting the symbolic figure of Austria and the coats of arms of the Counts of Montfort and that of the Counts of Werdenberg . In addition to the generally high standard of this architecture, the jury court room in particular is of quality.

In addition, various coats of arms of Vorarlberg cities, municipalities and individual valley communities are visible on the side wings of this building.
