Ernst Fleischner

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Ernst Fleischner (born July 26, 1920 in Neuteich ; † July 28, 1991 in Rendsburg ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Fleischner was a police officer by profession. On April 29, 1971, he replaced the late MP Peter Empen on the SPD state list in the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament . The 6th electoral term of the state parliament ended on May 15, 1971; Fleischner was a member of the state parliament for 18 days.

According to the Schleswig-Holstein "Law on the Incompatibility of Office and Mandate" of January 23, 1970, which provided for the retirement of civil servants when they took over the mandate and which remained in effect if the civil servant did not request a return to employment after the end of the mandate , Fleischner retired as police chief at the age of 51. He protested against criticism that he had not “remained in retirement for selfish motives”, but for health reasons. Fleischner resigned his mandate as mayor in Rendsburg , which he had taken over in 1971, and his office as SPD local association chairman in Rendsburg.
