Serious hack
Ernst Hack (born December 16, 1946 in Ternberg ; † June 1, 1986 near Gramastetten ) was a successful Austrian wrestler at SK Vöest Linz . He was and is still the figurehead of his club, since he took part in the Olympic Games and was multiple national champion. He is the father of the Austrian writer Christoph Eric Hack .
During a hiking tour he died from falling rocks on June 1, 1986. In his memory, a summit cross was placed at the Burenkogel climbing garden in Gramastetten . Ten school wrestling tournaments have already been organized in Auwiesen ( Linz ) in his honor .
