Ernst Heinrich Pfeilschmidt

Ernst Heinrich Pfeilschmidt (born October 20, 1809 in Großenhain ; † March 10, 1894 in Dresden ) was a theologically and politically liberal pastor ( archdeacon ) at the Annenkirche Dresden . He was also known as a poet. In conversations and correspondence with Ernst Rietschel , he influenced his Luther monument in Worms .

Pfeilschmidt died in Dresden in 1894 and was buried in the Old Annenfriedhof .
