Ernst Klotz

Ernst Klotz (born February 4, 1894 in Dresden , † August 27, 1970 in Holzolling near Weyarn ) was a German author, primarily a poet.

The doctor of philosophy was the last house poet of the old Simpl in Munich until 1944 and previously worked as a publisher . His ballads , grotesques, and morality , written for the lecture , have also appeared in a number of book publications. Klotz is considered to be one of the forefathers of Schwabing Bohème and has also been an interpreter for the record several times in the Schwabing context. In 1962 he was awarded the Schwabing Art Prize.
