Holzolling is a village in the municipality of Weyarn in the Upper Bavarian district of Miesbach .

geography

Holzolling is located in the so-called Golden Valley , a section of the Leitzach Valley , about two and a half kilometers northeast of Weyarn. The federal autobahn 8 runs about half a kilometer south of the town, but the next driveway is the five kilometers away from Weyarn.

history

The municipality of Holzolling was incorporated into the former municipality of Wattersdorf on May 1, 1978 as part of the regional reform in Bavaria , which was renamed the municipality of Weyarn the following day. The former municipality of Holzolling had 20 places on a parcel of a good 2382 hectares .
