Hard penning

Hartpenning is a district and a dissolved municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of Miesbach and the historical name of the parish village of Großhartpenning

In the Hartpenning district are Asberg , Babenberg , Baumgarten , Buch , Erlkam , Grasberg , Großhartpenning, Haid , Heignkam , Inselkam , Kleinhartpenning , Kögelsberg , Kurzenberg , Leithen , Maitz , Pelletsmühl , Reith , Ried , Roggersdorf , Stubenbach , Sufferloh , Teufelsgraben , Thann , Thannseidl and Winkel , today parts of the municipality of Markt Holzkirchen , formerly parts of the municipality of Hartpenning. The Neuerlkam part of the Hartpenning community has now merged with the main town of Holzkirchen. The adjacent districts are the districts Schaftlach and Sachsenkam to the south , Dietramszell , Linden and Baiernrain to the west, Otterfing to the north , Föching , Holzkirchen and Warngau to the east .

The Hartpenning community was fully incorporated into the Holzkirchen market on May 1, 1978. At the 1970 census it had 26 parts of the municipality and 1623 inhabitants.
