Ernst Raban von Canstein

Baron Ernst Raban von Canstein (born March 20, 1840 in Berlin ; † July 24, 1911 there ) was royal Prussian state economics councilor and president of the Brandenburg Chamber of Agriculture .

In 1870 he taught at the Agricultural Academy in Eldena .

He was the son of Philipp Carl von Canstein and the grandfather of Raban von Canstein .

Ernst Raban was married (⚭ July 15, 1864 in Weitenhagen ) to Elise Luise Albertine Karoline von Dewitz gen. Von Krebs (* December 17, 1840 in Weitenhagen, † November 29, 1905 in Berlin) and had two sons, Karl-Hildebrand ( 1872–1917) and Herbold (1875–1921).
