Ernst Schnerr
Ernst Schnerr (born March 20, 1921 in Ingolstadt ; † February 27, 2019 ) was a German administrative lawyer .
Career
Schnerr received his doctorate in 1947 from the law faculty of the University of Munich . From 1950 he was a Bavarian ministerial official. From 1981 until his retirement he was ministerial director in the Bavarian State Ministry for Education and Culture .
