Erwin Daughtermann (born February 23, 1930 in Munich - Schwabing ) is a German journalist and publicist.

Life

Erwin Daughtermann studied German at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich , where he became a member of the Hansea Landsmannschaft auf dem Wels in the winter semester of 1952 . He then worked for 38 years from 1960 to 1998 for the Süddeutsche Zeitung (SZ) as a reporter and in particular a court reporter.

The criminal law working group of the German Lawyers' Association (DAV) honored the 76-year-old on November 11, 2006 in Dresden with the “pro reo” award for his life's work as a journalist. He has

The daughter, who now lives in Chiemgau , retired at the end of 1998, a few weeks before his 69th birthday. Helmut Kerscher, the SZ court reporter of highest court judgments of the BGH and BVerfG , emphasizes his style , which is "clear, pictorial and concise" and thus withstood literary standards.
