Eske Wunder , née Pasenau (born January 3, 1977 in Wittmund ) is a German singer and presenter .

Career

Eske Wunder grew up in East Frisia . During her school days she took dance, speaking and singing lessons. After graduating from high school in Jever , she trained as an advertising clerk in Oldenburg. Then she started working for Radio Bremen Vier . In the morning show “The Fat and the Thin” she led the listeners through the morning together with Axel P. Sommerfeld and Jens-Uwe Krause . As a presenter, she was also on stage at events. She also sang in a cover band. She also graduated as a communications specialist in 2002.

In 2003, in addition to working at the radio, she began an internship at the TV station NBC Europe for the “ GIGA ” format in the regional studio in Bremen. After four years she said goodbye to Radio Bremen and continued her internship in the national studio of NBC Europe in Düsseldorf. There she was active in the afternoon program for the areas “mlife, stars and as a host”.

After completing the internship, Eske Wunder stood in front of the camera for the broadcaster “NRW TV”. She was also drawn back to the radio. Together with Rob Green she presented the morning show on " You FM " for Hessischer Rundfunk .

In 2007 Eske Wunder founded the Internet TV broadcaster "NWZ TV" on behalf of the Nordwest-Zeitung in Oldenburg . News, posts and promotional shots were created under her direction until 2011.

Eske Wunder has been in front of the camera for advertising shots since she was 17. In 1994 she was the face of an advertising campaign for the "Camelia" sanitary napkin. Among other things, she worked as a people model for Aral, SAP, Tchibo, Karstadt and Postbank.

In 2011, Wunder moved from Oldenburg to southern Germany. She is married, has two children and lives near Freiburg.

In April 2011, NDR filmed the video for the single Himmelblaue Augen with Eske Wunder (then under the artist name "Svenja Berger") . The request concert with Lutz Ackermann was broadcast for the first time on April 25, 2011. The title was written by the producer Carsten Wegener and is now sung by Anna-Maria Zimmermann .

After a long break, Eske Wunder released her single ABRA CADABRA in summer 2016. The title was composed and produced by Alexander Künstle. The text comes from the pen of Sylvia Hornung. " ABRA CADABRA" is already appearing on a large number of samplers. Other published titles are "Du & Ich", " Sommerland" and "Liebe Total".
