Eugene Klause
Eugen Klause (born June 18, 1903 in Zduńska Wola , Poland , † December 12, 1999 in Bad Kreuznach ) was a German church musician and composer .
Klause was a church musician in Bartenstein from 1930 to 1945 . In 1935 he was appointed managing director of the East Prussian Church Choir Association and in 1937 regional chairman of the Association of Protestant Church Musicians in East Prussia . From 1946 to 1964 he was a church musician in Wernigerode (Harz). In retirement he lived in Bad Kreuznach.
Eugen Klause was married to the singer Marga Klause. Her daughter is the violinist Hilma Klause.
