Eugen Schulz-Breiden , in the USA Eugene S. Bryden , (born March 1, 1902 in Jena , Germany ; † January 27, 1951 in Los Angeles , United States ) was a German-American actor , director and dramaturge .

During the Weimar Republic , Schulz-Breiden worked as a dramaturge, actor and director both in the German provinces (e.g. at the Badisches Landestheater in Karlsruhe ) and abroad (at the Schauspielhaus Zurich ). In Switzerland, Eugen Schulz-Breiden was surprised by the Nazi seizure of power in his German homeland.
